    Overall the quality seems good and holds my weight (190 lbs) just fine

    I am using this as a vertical knee raise and dip station. Not sure how this would be a pull up station unless mounted really high. Overall the quality seems good and holds my weight (190 lbs) just fine. I will update if that changes.The instructions are just a diagram but it is so easy to put together, I don’t think you should need much more, except finding out how far apart to mount them.I originally mounted 19” apart from the center of the arm pad to the center of the other arm pad. This ended up not feeling right. I changed it to 24” apart and it works great.The concrete anchors included can’t be used unless you are mounting to block or concrete. I bought lag bolts and 2x10’s at Home Depot to mount to the wall in my garage. You need these boards so you can grab the studs. The four holes on the mounting plate can’t grab a stud because two holes would hit the stud and the other two would only hit drywall. There are 4 longer bolts and washers that are used to mount the pads to the bar. There are two shorter screws and washers used to mount the upward pole grips to the bar. There are 4 rubber grips included to cover the dip bars and the upward poles. There are hard to put on with out lubrication. I ended up using dish soap and water. I added a little to the poles and then the rubber grips slipped right on. The water dried and they won’t come off.
